Strategic communication and ownership of client- and colleague-related project needs are core strengths of Stephanie Keys, who joined AlphaGroup as an Account Coordinator in February 2021 and was promoted in October to Senior Account Coordinator for the AlphaBioCom medical communications agency. Stephanie’s overall diligence and proactive approach have helped her earn the trust and respect of clients and team, which is essential for streamlining the quality and quantity of team deliverables.

Stephanie’s innate strengths in proactive planning, prioritizing, and communicating in a concise manner are traits for which the AlphaGroup of medical communications agencies is known. As the first point of contact for clients and staff on complex, deadline-oriented projects, Stephanie thoughtfully communicates all aspects of project management to maximize efficiency. Her overarching goal is not just to meet but exceed client expectations.

Stephanie oversees the workflow of medical communications materials including abstracts and posters for medical congresses along with manuscripts and brief reports for submission and publication within medical journals. She also coordinates research and slide deck development within the therapeutic areas of dermatology, ophthalmology, and oncology.

“My job suits my desire for continual learning and collaboration,” she said. “The medical communications industry is always evolving, allowing a trajectory for growth that ensures a fruitful career path.”

Originally from the King of Prussia, PA, area, Stephanie received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi and studied International Business in Asia-Pacific as a study abroad student in Sydney, Australia. Outside of AlphaBioCom, Stephanie enjoys outdoor activities with her dog Luna along the beaches of Charleston, SC, where she moved last August.
