She has expertise in both traditional publications—manuscripts, abstracts, posters, oral presentations—as well as strategic and medical affairs initiatives including competitor and gap analyses, infographic posters, advisory boards, MSL training slide decks, MOA videos, and medical information letters.

“Jen embraces our culture of quality, caring, cutting-edge thinking, and service across a team that is reinventing the medical and scientific communications industry standard globally,” said Ed Shifflett, Partner, AlphaGroup.

Jen received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management at West Chester University. She earned accolades from previous employers with the “Outstanding Collaboration” and “Exceeding Expectations” awards from ICON, plc., and “Above and Beyond” and “Guardian of the Gold” awards from Commonwealth Capital Corporation.

Jen is an ambassador for the Charlotte Grace Fund in honor of her friend’s daughter, “Charley,” who was diagnosed with medulloblastoma (a malignant form of brain cancer) when only a few months old. Charley underwent brain surgery, multiple rounds of chemotherapy, and stem cell transplants, but ultimately passed away when she was 3 ½ years old after developing Interstitial Lung Disease. The Charlotte Grace Fund helps provide financial assistance to families of children who are battling pediatric cancers.
