The Graphic Designer will be responsible for ensuring the on-time delivery of all assigned projects. Under guidance from the Creative Services Manager, the graphic designer works to ensure that all projects are completed within house style and branding guidelines. The position works with members of the scientific team, account managers, and directors to complete projects as directed.
The Editorial Director will lead, develop and mentor the Editorial department, which encompasses medical editors and editorial assistants. You will also maintain SOPs and best practices across the team. This position oversees the editing responsibilities for jobs on assigned accounts/projects and ensures that communication materials are of the highest quality regarding content, organization, clarity, accuracy, format, style and consistency.
As a Medical Editor, you will be responsible for copy-editing, proofreading, formatting, and offering suggestions for improving the language of scientific abstracts, manuscripts, slide decks, posters, and other client deliverables as well as any other projects as requested from the senior editor or other staff members.
The Medical Writer will be responsible for researching, writing, and editing manuscripts, abstracts, slide presentations, posters, and other deliverables.
The Scientific Director will be responsible for leading multiple accounts. The Scientific Technical Editor supports the scientific team with fact-checking deliverables for correct scientific interpretation of related scientific literature; constructs tables and figures; assists with literature searches; and other modes of scientific content support.
