Devon, dogs, and development are the three Ds of AlphaGroup’s
Client Engagement Executive
NOVEMBER 3, 2021Client Engagement Executive, Devon McSorley, oversees all aspects of business development for AlphaGroup Medical Communications. She is a natural at identifying solutions for clients, as she possesses an innate sense of caring and compassion that she expresses in protecting animals in danger.
Devon joined the AlphaGroup in August 2021 to help develop the company’s medical communications agencies: AlphaBioCom, AlphaScientia, and AlphaQsci. She manages research, lead generation development, customer outreach, and industry partnerships to ensure customer needs are understood and met.
The personal attributes that fuel Devon’s desire to help animals in need parlays seamlessly into her areas of focus at AlphaGroup. Some of the projects she oversees include researching companies requiring medical communications and reaching out to them personally to share more about AlphaGroup’s expertise in their niche. She shares this knowledge with team members to determine how the company may best meet each new project’s communication goals.
Devon has extensive experience and expertise both in a business development role and within the medical communications sector. Before joining AlphaGroup, Devon was the Director of Business Development for Pascale Communications, a healthcare communications firm, for over eleven years.
Devon supports three organizations to advocate for animal safety, including No Dog Left Behind, Animal Friends, and Marley’s Mutts. An animal lover and dog enthusiast to the core, she also spends free time learning more about rescue groups and how she may further their cause.
Devon has a B.A. in Communications from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA. She lives in Pittsburgh and participates in various outdoor activities, including running and walking. She also enjoys reading and following current events.
