The AlphaGroup holds diversity and equity at the forefront of our business and our culture. From our very first day more than 15 years ago, we have actively worked to establish and maintain a workplace that is reflective of our diverse community and clients, with a company culture of openness and accountability.

AlphaGroup believes that this pursuit is never-ending and it requires active engagement. To continue this journey, we have formed a committee dedicated to enhancing our existing fairness, opportunity, and equity practices. Upon its founding, the committee immediately set about creating a charter and mission for what AlphaGroup intends to be an essential element of our culture.

We are implementing the following practices:


  • Educate by providing monthly readings and discussion sessions, hosting guest speakers to share their stories, and ensuring the completion of mandatory annual training and certification
  • Collaborate with diverse individuals through internal and external mentorship
  • Support other organizations that share our values through partnerships, volunteering, and the purchase of goods and services
  • Develop a digital hub of resources and trainings as well as a “safe space” for employees to grow and maintain their own personal diversity goals

The AlphaGroup was founded on principles of equality and respect for all races, religions, ages, abilities, nationalities, genders, and sexual orientations. We are excited to continue to practice our principles and grow toward a more equitable future.
