A sweet opening of the new AlphaGroup office suite
JULY 21, 2021With an impressive lineup of colorful balloons, French cuisine, and live string performers, AlphaGroup unveiled its newly designed office lounge with the same sizzle factor we give our clients. The reopening soiree of our headquarters in King of Prussia, PA was a sweet reunion for our growing team of scientists, doctors, nurses, writers, and designers.
Our vision for the new touchdown suite for AlphaBioCom, AlphaScientia, and AlphaQsci medical and scientific communications agencies was to create an environment where our teams may comfortably collaborate or quietly focus, depending on their needs. An inspiring combination of fashion and function brought this vision to life, thanks to the design genius of our creative services manager, Annie Lawrence, and the tireless efforts of our operations coordinator, Sirage Yassin.
As part of the design, we incorporated Annie’s newest collection of digital art featuring the “The Notorious R.B.G.,” “Nelson” (as in Mandela), and “Albert” (as in Einstein), to name a few of her pieces. To complement Annie’s artwork, we installed wall art of motivational quotes from these visionary leaders.
Our balloon designer,Charming Garlands, blew up the entranceway with a kaleidoscope of colorful balloons in the shape of a massive gene.

However, no office suite is complete without a comfy lounge, so comfy sofas and velvet wingback chairs surrounded by plants overlooking our pastoral view of the Valley Forge mountains serve as the focal point of our office space. And for those looking to work from a more traditional office environment, we added hybrid workstations to be used while either sitting or standing by simply pushing a button. Multiple conference spaces are also available for meetings of the minds and client interfacing.
We think the result was a touchdown! So, to officiate the opening, we spared no creative expense. Our balloon designer, Charming Garlands, blew up the entranceway with a kaleidoscope of colorful balloons in the shape of a massive gene—we are scientists after all. And our culinary partner, Chef Laurent Leveque, whipped up a creative menu of hors d’oeuvres appealing to all palettes. But no party is complete without some tunes, so an electric string trio, Elegance Quartet, performed a customized music experience, adding melody to our gathering.
In summary, we exceeded even our expectations for honoring our corporate pillars for precision, integrity, and passion. We are tremendously grateful for this opportunity to once again work from the office and mingle at the water cooler, as we believe the best relationships are in person.
